Dedicated to independent music junkies, Groovemine offered conventional music magazine content plus curated, directory-like information about a range of music content providers and music apps/services. Mark bootstrapped the creation of Groovemine in 2009, directing and implementing all facets of content, design and publishing. Promotion efforts led to Tastebuds’ early forays into social media (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube + a variety of music-specific sites) which, at different intervals, boosted traffic by 40%.
