Website replaced three, separate, non-responsive websites — each devoted to a specific property. Mark convinced the owners there would be an added value, in terms of SEO, if all three properties were compiled into one site.

Mark traveled with his client during the off-season to tour the Island which is part of the San Juan Islands, off the coast of Washington state. He consulted with and advised the photographer during the visit. As the site was built, he optimized the content (SEO) and installed a calendar plugin to sync with the VRBO and AirBnB profiles.

Mark collaborated with one of the owners on the logo, striking a balance of contemporary and traditional, reflected in the architectural styles of the homes.
