The Spaulding is a luxury residential development currently under construction in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The six-story project will feature 26 two- and three-bedroom apartments, including townhome-style units, with completion slated for early 2025.

Mark crafted the property’s typographic trademark, drawing inspiration from the developers’ original mood board. The final design will be featured in signage, promotional materials, and other brand collateral. Slide 2 showcases the other three contenders that made it to the final round of selection.

Additionally, Mark contributed to the design of posters displayed at the groundbreaking ceremony, further shaping the visual identity of The Spaulding.
