Mark has been working with Los Angeles agent David Lubell since he first began working in real estate in New York City, many years ago. David’s web presence caught the attention from the press then (featured in the The New York Daily News) and, more recently, a transaction in which David was involved with was featured on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles — the buyers found him via organic Google search. Mark designed the websites and consulted with David on content development, incorporating David’s love of historical architecture as the backbone, edited/optimized/posted all of the content in the process.
In 2015, David partnered with Craig Spano to form a real estate agent sales and development tandem. Mark successfully rebranded David’s previous mobile-friendly site to accommodate the new partnership, Craig & David Homes. Over the next few years, Mark designed collateral and promotional materials in the analog and digital realms. In 2020, Mark’s role changed when he was hired on a retainer basis to design an develop content for inter-related blog posts, weekly branded emails, and social media posts.
